Each time I get angry – I pause for a while
so that I do not blurt out any harsh words which I may regret later
Each time I cry – I pause for a while
so that i let my anxiety flow out in the form of tears and can feel lighter thereafter
Each time I get a stinker email – I pause for a while
so that I avoid putting arrogance in my words.
Each time I get a laughing attack – I pause for a while
so that I can live the laughter for a while more!
Each time fear clouds my mind – I pause for a while
so that I see through the fear and clear most of the imaginary portion of it.
Pause is like a blanket remedy for me, which works most of the times and keeps things peaceful and positive for me.
How does a pause treat you?
Haven’t tried the pause therapy yet. But now I’m definitely going to give it a try.
It works wonders!!
Pausing provides me the opportunity to listen and not interrupt the other person. 😉
I like comma’s and full stops. Pauses don’t happen often..unless of course, if a fart is on its way… I pause..move out into the open area and release.. 😂😅😂😅😂😅 just kidding
