These days WhatsApp is like oxygen! On its onset it was looked upon as a super invention of free messaging and it totally wiped out the concept of SMS.
WhatsApp was clearly more economical and one wouldnt need to limit no of msgs unlike SMS
Another exceptional feature was Group Chats. What an amazing discovery!! You can chat with all your friends at the same time.
All of us have sooooo many groups on WhatsApp, dont we? Below are some which, I am sure, all of us have by default π
Friends: This group will have maximum varities like school friends, office friends, dance class friends, best friends, friends for ever, and the list doesnt end.
Education: School group, Graduation College group, Post Graduation College group
Online Portals: With online marketing is captivating most of the sales, it is also generating n number of WhatsApp groups like Tupperware Likers, Oriflame fans and what not where you buy from or sell your products to the members of that group
Family: Now only after uaing WhatsApp do we really know how big our family is π. These category will have different groups like maternal family, paternal family, family matters, i love my family etc
Relations: This is like a huge set which will have subsets like Friends, Sisters, Family, Aunties, Cousins, Relativesπ
The list will go on and on but these are the most common ones we all have!
What happens with so many groups? Honestly, I put most of my groups on mute, just scroll msgs without reading (bcz most of them are forwards), and send only emoticons as my replies just to be a level up from a spoilsport who is not active in the group.
Not sure what is the significance of these groups, but yes, at the end of the day, they prove to be the best source for birthday reminders!! (I have also know of groups who send wishes to a person who is not on thw group just because the first person who wished did so mistakenly on this group instead of another πππ)
How many WhatsApp groups do u have and how do u manage them?

Personally not a big fan of whatsapp, I have my reasons. If ‘she’ was, then I certainly would have been more active…for now its more like just another app. I still sms once in a while tho’ to keep the feeling of what-it-feels-to-sms alive π
I have one additional type of group .. bloggers group π
Thats a good one βΊ
Don’t have many friends to talk on Whatsapp. But it’s a very useful app. I too have muted groups. π
I like your WhatsApp group
